'Titanic' star Kate Winslet wants to name her baby after Richard Branson's mother Eve if she has a girl.
The 37-year-old actress and husband Ned Rocknroll, who is the nephew of British businessman Branson, announced this week they were expecting their first child together and have already been picking out baby names that have a personal connection to them, reported Sun online.
Winslet rescued Branson's mother Eve from a fire at the Virgin mogul's Necker Island home in 2011 and the couple, who met on the same vacation two years ago, believe naming their baby, if they have a girl, after her will create a tie between them and Ned's family.
"Eve is one of the names Ned and Kate have thought of. They want it to mean something and it would be a great reminder of how they met - and can keep a strong connection with Ned's family," a source said.
The 'Contagion' star, who has a 12-year-old daughter, Mia, from her first marriage to Jim Threapleton, and a nine-year-old son, Joe, from her second marriage to director Sam Mendes, is due to give birth at the end of the year but is eager to find a new home before the arrival.
"They want a bigger house for when the baby arrives," the source added.
