Miles, who is pregnant with her second child, was crossing a street in Brooklyn with her four-year-old daughter, Abigail, when a driver allegedly jumped a red light, killing the child.
The 34-year-old actor was checked into the hospital in critical condition but has since stabilized.
Celebrities and her fans have been donating to a GoFundMe page created for Miles and her family. Broadway community members including Lin-Manuel Miranda, Ben Platt and Kristin Chenoweth have also donated.
The fund has till now garnered more than USD 380,000 in donations.
