The 29-year-old singer hit the red carpet wearing a floral dress by Vivienne Westwood, with matching shoes by Christian Louboutin at the Elle Style Awards that were held on Tuesday.
The 'Roar' singer was presented the award by Kylie Minogue who then took to twitter to congratulate Perry.
"I presented the one and only Katy Perry with her Elle UK Woman of the Year award. Congrats and con-kittens!!," Kylie tweeted.
Popular stars like Cara Delevingne, Ellie Goulding and Emma Watson were also present at the event.
Pharrell Williams was presented with the International Recording Artist award by Delevingne. Lily Allen, who returned from her hiatus won the UK Recording Artist Female prize.
