Singer Kelly Clarkson has recently confirmed her venture with Atlantic Records.
The "Stronger" hitmaker is working on a soul and R&B inspired album for the company. Clarkson, 34, made the announcement on a Facebook Live session.
"They love every part of my personality as far as, like, all my colors.
"I love the country side of me, and I love the Broadway side of me, and I love the pop side of me and the soulful side of me, and they are down to make really whatever record I'm into, which is real rare, so I'm super-excited about it," Clarkson said.
After working with Sony Music's RCA Records for 14 years, she is now officially walking away from the label and joining Atlantic Records.
"We have already started creating a record that I have been wanting to make since I was a little girl, and a record that fans have been asking me to make for years. Here's to the future!" she added.
The album is set to release in 2017.
