The writer and director will be the voice of the villain known as Mobile Organism Designed Only for Killing when the attraction runs in San Diego this month, reported The Wrap.
"Ever since I was a wee butterball-looking comic book fan, I dreamt of going to a live event as amazing as The Marvel Experience," Smith said.
"This is like actually being inside of a giant comic book come to life," Smith added.
The 'Marvel Experience' is a touring production which uses technologies such as a 360-degree 3D stereoscopic projection dome and a 4D motion ride to fully emerge ticket holders into the Marvel world.
