Khadi Exhibition should be organised across all states

Exhibition of Khadi products under Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme should be organised across all states to encourage local art and culture, Union Minister for MSME Kalraj Mishra said today.
The minister appreciated the efforts of Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) for making all Khadi Bhavans as centres of cultural unity in the country.
He also said there has been a positive change in the minds of youth after commencement of Khadi Utsavs in universities and colleges.
"This will bring in more sustainability and viability to the Khadi institutions and micro enterprises working across the country," said Mishra while inaugurating Gujarat Khadi Utsav.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Giriraj Singh said that Khadi and PMEGP will be a milestone in creating employment for the youth.
