The minister appreciated the efforts of Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) for making all Khadi Bhavans as centres of cultural unity in the country.
He also said there has been a positive change in the minds of youth after commencement of Khadi Utsavs in universities and colleges.
"This will bring in more sustainability and viability to the Khadi institutions and micro enterprises working across the country," said Mishra while inaugurating Gujarat Khadi Utsav.
