He said the previous governments kept the issue under wraps in files and made the issue complex.
Khattar was in Gurgaon to unveil the free Wi-Fi Zones of the first phase and to launch the 'Green Gurgaon' campaign, according to an official release.
"The negative attitude of previous governments made the (GDA) issue a complex one and the BJP government is now working on it. Discussion have been started and complexities are being removed," he said.
Asked about the suspension of six executive engineers of Gurgaon Municipal Corporation, Khattar said from day one, the stance of his government had been zero tolerance towards corruption.
