Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today said his government is committed to completely eliminate corruption at all levels of administration.
To begin with, government has decided to make all registries of immovable properties available online.
Khattar was addressing a gathering after inaugurating newly built Community Centre at Sector-28 Panchkula.
The Centre has been constructed at a cost of over Rs 1.17 crore over an area of two acres of land.
Expressing concern over the menace of corruption, he said, "former Prime Minster used to say only 15 paisa is utilised out of rupee one provided by the government for the welfare of people. We will try that entire amount being sent by the government would be utilised for the welfare of people at the grass root level. We are working to make the entire system fine and people would soon get a feel of it."
The Chief Minister said that the new government was formed just one month ago and during this period many decisions have been taken to bring a change in the system for the benefit of people.
He said that a provision of 'zero FIR' has been made as per which anyone can lodge FIR at any police station irrespective of jurisdiction.
Stressing the need of technology based system, he said that 'CM window' is being setup in every district where the complaints and other applications will be received at the district level itself.
The applicants need not visit Chandigarh for registering any complaint and the application given in CM window will reach Chandigarh and it will be dealt accordingly.
