Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian and her estranged husband Lamar Odom's divorce is back on.
The 31-year-old reality star split from the former professional basketball player in December 2013, and divorce proceedings began in July, 2015, but the sportsman was found unconscious in Las Vegas and hospitalised last October (15), reported TMZ.
After the debacle, Khloe put the brakes on the legal part of their split and raced to be by his side as he recovered.
Khloe's lawyer, Laura Wasser, filed documents asking a judge to withdraw the divorce papers, and the request was granted.
But Wasser was back in a Los Angeles court, refiling the divorce documents for her client.
Khloe cited irreconcilable differences in the papers, just as she did in the first divorce filing.
The former couple will now have to wait six months before the divorce can be finalised.
