"She said 'H's my best friend.'," Kim wrote.
Saint was born on December 5 here, weighing 8 lbs, 1 oz, at the time of birth. The reality star and her husband Kanye West, 38, announced their son's name via her website and app.
The couple are also parents to two-year-old daughter North West.
