The reality star, who is due to give birth next month, has been talking to doctors about the procedures she wants done, which include a tummy tuck and liposuction, reported Radar online.
"Kim is going to do a massive plastic surgery makeover after she gives birth to this baby.
"Kim has been discussing the surgeries she wants to get done and talking to doctors about them... (And) talking about which doctors she wants to put on the payroll," a source said.
