Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian is a "health freak", according to her sister Khloe Kardashian.
The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star's sister Khloe has revealed her sibling will only eat organic food and has banned soda in her house, reported E! online.
Sharing healthy eating tips on her official website, she wrote: "Kourt is such a health freak, but I can appreciate someone who tries to live their life to such a high standard. She's totally turned her diet around after having kids and I can respect that!
"Kourtney does not allow soda in her house. I do appreciate that and so I've been drinking way more water, but when I am craving a soda, I have to hide it from her, even in my own house!
"I think it's important to eat organic, but there are definitely times when I run to my local big-box store for groceries. When that happens, Kourtney will straight-up look through my fridge and if she sees something that is not organic, she'll give it away!"
Meanwhile, the 36-year-old television personality - who has Mason, six, Penelope, three and Reign, 14 months with ex-partner Scott Disick - previously revealed she works out to relieve her anxiety.
