The directive from Kunjwal came after state Revenue Minister Yashpal Arya informed the House that information regarding the question put up by Pushkar Singh Dhami of BJP is being gathered.
Dhami had asked whether the government was making efforts to resolve the land disputes involving people of scheduled tribes and others in his Khatima constituency.
The statement of Arya angered Dhami, who wanted to know as to how long it would take the government to answer his question, which, he said, was submitted to the Assembly a fortnight ago.
As the minister failed to give a time limit for providing an answer to the question, Speaker Kunjwal said that ministers should give replies to the questions of the members within 15 days of their submission as stipulated in the House rule book.
