Kushwaha sent to 14-day judicial custody

A local court here today remanded to 14-day judicial custody to BSP MLA BL Kushwah, accused in a murder case.
Kushwah, who recently surrender before CID-CB, was under police custody and was produced before the court of chief judicial magistrate where the judge Paras jain remanded him to the judicial custody for 14 days.
Bahujan Samaj Party MLA B L Kushwaha was on Monday arrested in connection with a murder case, after he surrendered before the Rajasthan police in Jaipur.
Khushwaha was arrested after preliminary interrogation under sections 302 and 120 B of IPC for alleged murder which took place in December 2012 in Dholpur.
