KYKL activist apprehended
KYKL was apprehended by a combined team of Manipur police commandos and 12th Bihar Regiment on Thursday last, said a press release issued today by the police.
The overground worker, identified as 24-year-old L Thoiba Singh at Khoidong was involved in extortion activities, added the release.
