The 16-year-old "Hunger Games" actress criticised Jenner, 17, for "appropriating black culture" after she posted her picture on Instagram, sporting cronrows.
"I woke up like disss," Kylie captioned the photo.
Jenner received a lot of flack for posting the picture but the worst came in the form of Stenberg's comment.
"@novemberskyys when you appropriate black features and culture but fail to use your position of power to help black Americans by directing attention towards your wigs instead of police brutality or racism #whitegirlsdoitbetter," she wrote.
Jenner, who recently made a striking appearance with her ice blue hair, replied to the comment, writing, "@amandlastenberg Mad if I don't, Mad if I do... Go hang with Jaden or something.
