Labourer gunned down

A 30-year-old labourer was shot dead by motorcycle-borne miscreants near Chandanapur in Odisha's Ganjam district today, police said.
The man was gunned down while he was returning his village from Mundula and was rushed to hospital at Sumandala where doctors declared him brought dead, said inspector-in charge of Kodala police station, Kalpana Kaunri.
Previous enmity is suspected to be the cause of the murder, police said adding efforst are on to net the culprits.
