The carcass of the leopard cub, aged two, was found near Garjia in the fringe area of Corbett about 13-kms from Ramnagar in Nainital district yesterday, park warden Satish Chandra Upadhyay said.
The male cub was crushed to death by a vehicle while crossing the road, he said.
An elephant calf, aged about six to seven years was also found dead in Jhirna range of the park yesterday, the official said.
Post-mortem report revealed that cold and intestinal rupture led to death of the young pachyderm, he said.
