Additional District and Sessions Judge-1 Ashok Kumar Srivastava also slapped a penalty of Rs 15,000 on each of the convicts.
They will remain in jail till death, the judge ordered.
The three -- autorickshaw driver Shamim alias Chhotu and his friends Birendra Yadav and Ram Kumar Sah had raped the girl at an isolated place near a bus stand in Vishwavidyalaya police station area in the night of May 19, 2015 after persuading her to travel in their vehicle on way to the railway station.
