Wayne, 32, then decided to call out the fan before starting his set at Fort Lauderdale's Revolution Live last week, reported Ace Showbiz.
It's not clear when the incident happened, but a concertgoer took a video of Wayne lashing out at the fan in front of the crowd.
"Before I get started, somebody threw a beer at me. I know it ain't nothing but a white boy...," he says in the clip shared via Instagram.
The concert was a part of Wayne's Release Partiez club tour, which comes in support of his latest mixtape "Sorry 4 the Wait 2".
