Lindsay Lohan rushed to hospital with lung infection

The "Liz & Dick" actress, who has been complaining about a case of "walking pneumonia" for a few weeks, was taken to Mt Sinai hospital in New York and was discharged later yesterday, reported TMZ.

"Lindsay was taken to Mt Sinai, where she received medication for the infection, including antibiotics, and was discharged shortly after," a source said.

The 26-year-old actress then went back to her hotel room to recover.
