Lineman electrocuted in UP

A 40-year-old lineman was
electrocuted while repairing a powerline in Bansdeeh area here, police said today.
The victim, identified as Gorakhour Rajbhar, who was employed on contract basis, died on the spot late yesterday, after he got electrocuted while repairing a 11,000 mega watt powerline, they said.
His body has been sent for postmortem, police said.
The power department has refused to comment on the incident.
