Lok Adalat to be set up on Dec 12

A Lok Adalat will be set up to dispose cases by mutual consent at the District court here on December 12.
As many as 38,000 cases will be put forth different benches for negotiations in a bid to dispose them and of the these cases, 17,000 are pre-litigations ones, Bhopal Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Pankaj Singh Maheshwari, told reporters today.
He apprised that 55 benches have been constituted to dispose cases in district court.
