According to police, lorry driver Sukhvir had loaded the bottles from Surajpur plant and in Noida Phase 2 area four armed robbers forced him to stop the truck and at gunpoint took control of the vehicle.
They later dropped of the driver at Bulandshahar drove away. The driver then approached police.
In a separate incident, robbers took away the scooter of a Delhi resident, Chaturbhuj, from near Okhla bird sanctuary, police said, adding that they were looking into both the incident.
Meanwhile, two incidents of theft took place in Dankaurand Eco-tech areas of Greater Noida in which cash, jewellery and valuable items worth lakhs of rupees were stolen, police said.
