In a series of tweets, the singer gushed about the newborn boy whose mother is his ex-girlfriend Briana Jungwirth, reported Ace Showbiz.
"I'm pleased to say my baby son was born yesterday. He is healthy and pretty amazing. I'm very happy!!" he wrote and added a baby face emoticon.
He seemed to enjoy his new role as a father for he wrote later, "Daddy daddy cool". The 24-year-old singer also put up three smiley faces.
The singer was spotted for the first time since the birth of the baby at a sunglass store in Los Angeles. Sporting casual look, he was accompanied by a female friend.
He is now reportedly dating actress Danielle Campbell.
