Lt Gen Hooda calls on JK Guv

General officer commanding-in -chief of the Army's Northern Command Lt General D S Hooda today called on Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra and discussed several important issues including the upcoming Amarnath Yatra.
Lt Gen Hooda called on the Governor at the Raj Bhawan here, an official spokesman said.
He said the Governor and the army commander discussed several important issues relating to internal and external security management, including the establishment of a secure environment for the forthcoming Amarnath Yatra.
The annual yatra is scheduled to commence on July 2.
