Lt Guv greets people on Navratras and Navreh, asks them to pray at home

Jammu and Kashmir Lt Governor G C Murmu on Tuesday conveyed his greetings to the people of the union territory on the auspicious occasion of Navratras and Navreh and asked them to pray at home.

In his message, the Lt Governor said the festival will bring harmony, brotherhood, amity, peace, progress and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir.

He also extended warm greetings to the people belonging to the Kashmiri Pandit community who celebrate Navreh on this day, which coincides with the first day of the Chaitra Navratras, the beginning of the Hindu New Year.
