Six labourers were Monday injured in a wall collapse in Maharashtra's Kolhapur district, police said.
They were engaged in the reconstruction of a building in Bhende Galli area here when the wall of an adjoining house collapsed at around 2:15pm, a Juna Rajwada police station official said.
"The basement of the under-construction building had been dug up and this possibly loosened the foundation of the wall of the adjoining house," he added.
"The trapped labourers were rescued by the fire brigade of the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation. One of the labourers suffered multiple fractures to his limbs while the other five got minor bruises," he said.
