A decayed carcass of a leopard was today found from the Jodmoha forest range in the district, a senior forest official said.
Prima facie, the leopard died of old-age or due to non-availability of food, said Nitin Wankhede, Regional Forest Officer of Jodmoha Forest Range.
"We have conducted the postmortem and sent the viscera to the lab for ascertaining actual cause of the death," he added.
