Maha monsoon session begins on July 24

The monsoon session of the Maharashtra legislature will commence from July 24.
During the session, which will continue till August 11, four new ordinances, five pending ordinances and 13 new bills will be tabled and discussed, as per an official communication from the state Legislative Department today.
As per the schedule released today, a day-long study session will be held on July 23 for the personal assistants of all the ministers and MLAs.
The state government will also launch a book on the works of veteran politician late R S Gawai on August 25, the communication stated.
