As per the decision in the Cabinet meeting here, prior permission of the district collector concerned will not be required in municipal corporations and municipal council areas where Development Plan (DP) is published.
The land owner concerned will have to apply for permission for development of land to the municipal council or corporation concerned as per the DP rules and after getting the permission, the collector has to be informed of the same within 30 days, an official release said.
"Due to data bank, NA permissions will be granted expeditiously (so that) every department need not demand documents in every case," the release said.
