"Let us pledge to be vigilant and raise our voice about problems. It will solve the city's problems as administration will become proactive on getting regular complaints," the minister of state for culture and tourism said at NGY Infra Conclave here.
Sharma said if public representatives - MLAs, MPs and civic body officials - become responsive to complaints, it can curb shortcomings and deliver better amenities to residents.
He discussed the shortcomings in planning the Noida city, saying the General Post Office is located on a road that is only 12-metre wide. Though the city was set up in 1976, till date no proper site has been marked for garbage disposal, he said.
