Mahila Battalion stages 8-km march in Jammu

The Jammu and Kashmir Armed Police Mahila Battalion today staged an eight-km-long march in the city.
Commandant Mahila Battalion, Aneeta Sharma, flagged off the march from Gulshan Ground here.
The march passed through Wild Life Sanctuary Manda and culminated at the Battalion headquarters, officials said.
Besides gazetted officers, 229 female armed personnels participated in the march.
