Majid Majidi to be honoured at Jaipur International Film Fest

Acclaimed Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi is set to be honoured with the Lifetime Achievement award at the 5th Jaipur International Film Festival to be held here from February 1.
Majidi is best known for his films like 'The Song of Sparrows', 'Children of Heaven', 'Baran', 'The Willow Tree' among others.
Besides film screening, the five-day festival will also see workshops and seminars being held. Discussions on regional Cinema, Asian cinema and world cinemas will also be held during the event.
