Major administrative reshuffle in Himachal

P Mitra, Additional Chief Secretary (Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Developmet and Panchayati Raj and Animal Husbandry) has been posted as ACS-cum-FC (Revenue Agriculture and Fisheries) while Prem Kumar, ACS (Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Cooperation and Tribal Development) as ACS (Home and Vigilance) with additional charge of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs and Cooperation.

Deepak Sanan, ACS-cum-FC (Revenue) has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary (animal husbandry) while Ajay Mittal, former Principal Secretary to CM, also holding charge of Additional Chief Secretary-cum-OSD,(Co-ordination) to HP Government at New-Delhi, was posted as Additional Chief Secretary (Transport).

Principal Secretary (Urban Development, Town and Country Planning and Housing) Dr A R Sihag, was posted as Principal Secretary (UD, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj and Housing).

V C Pharka, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, also holding additional charge of Principal Secretary (Horticulture and YSS) would also get additional charge of Tourism, Tribal Development and Information and Public Relations, relieving Chief Secretary of charge of the Tourism.

Bharathi S Sihag, Principal Secretary (Forests), also holding additional charge of Principal Advisor (Tourism and Industries) at New Delhi, was posted as Principal Secretary (Forests, Environment and Science and Technology).

PC Dhiman, Secretary (Home, Vigilance and Information Technology has been posted as Principal Secretary (Information Technology) with additional charge of Social Justice and Empowerment and Principal Secretary (Lokayukta).

Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Jagdish Chander Sharma, also holding additional charge of Secretary to CM and Secretary (PWD) and Managing Director, HP Power Transmission Corporation was posted as Secretary (PWD) with additional charge of Managing Director, HP Power Transmission Corporation. MORE
