Makkar who was here to preside over a college function said he has served SGPC for a very long time and was not keeping too well now.
He said it's party's decision as to who should be the next president and he was perfectly fine with whosoever they choose.
On voting right to Sehajdaries, he said it has already been passed by the Rajya Sabha and it may be tabled in Lok Sabha in the Budget Session which resumes Monday.
Asked about the Kohinoor diamond, he said SGPC has been consulting legal experts and would file caveat in the Supreme Court in near future.
He added SGPC is the only natural heir of all Sikh valuables which belonged to Guru Sahiban and Sikh rules.
On the movie Santa Banta, he said SGPC has not received any complaint of objection from Sikhs.
