Karun, the National Award-winning film director and cinematographer, will be presented the Kalamaharshi Baburao Painter Memorial Award at the opening ceremony, festival's director Chandrakant Joshi and secretary Dilip Bapat said at a press conference here last evening.
Also, noted makeup artist Vikram Gaikwad will be presented the Chitramaharshi Anandrao Painter Memorial Award, at the closing ceremony of the festival on December 29.
Films from various countries like Iran, France, Germany, Holland and Slovenia are included in festival.
Selected films of noted directors like Andrzej Wajda, Abbas Kiarostami, Stanley Kubrick will be also screened during the festival.
