Defending a modest score of 122 for nine, Mali starred for Railways knocking off the first three wickets of openers Prasanth Kumar, KS Bharath and Koripalli Sreekanth to unstelle Andhra's chase.
He later returned back to pick up another wicket in the form of Sirla Srinivas to pick up his fourth scalp of the day.
Besides, Mali Anureet Singh (2/16) picked up two wickets as Andhra were bowled out for 115 in 19.4 overs.
Akshat R Pandey (28) top-scored for the Railway men while Faiz Ahmed (260 and Asad Pathan (23) were the other notable contributors for the side.
Left-arm fast bowler Cheepurapalli Stephen picked up four wickets for Andhra giving away 15 runs.
