Man accused of shooting dead gangster sent to jail

A court here remanded a person, accused of killing an alleged gangster, in 14-day judicial custody today.
Duty Magistrate Sitaram sent Sagar Malic to jail today. He was arrested yesterday soon after the murder of gangster Vicky Tyagi, prosecution officer ML Yadav said.
Earlier, Malic had claimed that he was a minor, however, after verification it was fund that he was 19-year-old.
"District authority is considering increasing security in court compound after incident," SSP BK Singh said.
