Man arrested for creating fake Facebook profile of BJP leader
Superintendent of Police Navneet Bhasin said Saket Dixit, the accused, was arrested yesterday under the Information Technology Act, following a complaint by local BJP leader Sunil Jain.
"The accused was also using a SIM card obtained in another person's name. The SIM card, a computer and some other equipment was seized from Dixit's possession," he said.
A case was registered at Kotwali police station and further probe was on, he added.
