Man arrested for hacking wife to death

A 35-year-old woman was allegedly hacked to death by her husband, in Payagpur area here, over suspicion of illicit relationship following which the accused was arrested, police said today.
The victim, Nankai, was killed by her husband Dujai in Sitarampurwa village last evening, they said.
The accused was arrested while attempting to dispose of the body.
The body has been sent for post mortem and investigation is underway, police said.
