Man arrested for kidnapping, raping girl
The police today arrested a man accused of kidnapping and raping a girl in 2017 in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district, an officer said.
Mohd Zaffar (45) of Galuti Manjakote facing charges under section 376 (rape), 363 (kidnapping) and 109 (abetment to crime) of the Ranbir Panel Code (RPC).
He was at large since the incident, he said.
