The accused's two accomplices are absconding, said police.
The three accused have been identified as P Gopi, G Chittibabu and K Gopireddy, said police.
The trio allegedly raped the minor girl behind a local government office building at Thoragondapalem village of Jaggaiahpet Mandal in the last week of September, said police.
However, the victim accompanied by her mother lodged a complaint with Jaggaiahpet police on Sunday, said sub inspector S Srikumar.
The victim had reportedly revealed about the rape to her parents this week as she was unable to bear the shock of the incident.
