Naushad was nabbed last night from Bisnoli crossing area for holding truck driver Rama Shankar and Rajan captive and robbing their truck on June 25.
The accused, along with his accomplices, then dumped the duo in Mussouri in Ghaziabad, police said.
Naushad, who was known to the victims, was absconding after the crime, they said, adding that a reward of Rs 5,000 had been declared on his arrest.
