The civic body also slapped a fine of Rs 2,50,000 against him for carrying out the shoot without permission, which the accused has paid, municipal officials said.
"The accused, owner of a firm named Excel 9 Location, was first found shooting on a road in Bhayandar on January 21. That time, he was let off by the civic staff, who asked him to take permission prior to his next shoot. However, two days later, he was again found shooting without due permission," a civic official said.
The civic body later also lodged a complaint with the police and the accused was booked under IPC section 447 (criminal trespass) by Thane district rural police.
