A 37-year-old man was brutally killed when he had gone out for a walk in the Narela area of Rohini, the police said today.
The incident happened yesterday. Bhagat Singh's throat was slit with a sharp-edged weapon and his face was bludgeoned with a heavy rock.
Singh's body was found lying in a park, following which the locals alerted the police. He worked as an operator in a printing press. He had not been to work for the last fortnight.
The police suspected that the killing was a fallout of personal enmity. The accused is still on the run.
