Man crushed to death while trying to board moving train

A 57-year-old man today died as he slipped and fell onto the railway track while trying to board a train which was entering the station here, police said.
The deceased, identified as Balakrishnan of Udhagamandalam in Nilgiris district, was trying to board the Kovai Express when he slipped and fell off the platform onto the track, they said.
A case has been registered in this regard.
