Rakesh, who hailed from Delhi's Shahdara area, was going to his native place in Bijnor district when the mishap occurred this morning, police said.
While he and his daughter Khushi died on the spot, three of their family members sustained injuries in hand and head.
The condition of the injured is stated to be out of danger, they said.
