Jagdish Parihar a resident of Shanna Thakraie fell down from the roof of the vehicle in Kuria area of the district last evening and received serious head injury, they said.
The victim was rushed to the district hospital where doctors declared him as brought dead, police said.
The body was handed over to the family today after completion of legal and medical formalities, they said, adding a case has been registered and investigation was underway.
