Man dies after falling off the roof

A 45-year-old man was killed and his son injured when they fell off the roof of their house in Jhalana area here this evening, police said.
The incident occurred when Sanjay (25), while sitting on the boundary wall on the roof was consuming liquor when his father suddenly came there due to which he lost balance and fell, they said.
His father Lalaram tried to hold him but he also fell.
"Both were rushed to a hospital where father died and his son is being treated," Additional DCP East Yogesh Dadhich said.
He said that it was not immediately clear whether the father was also drunk.

In another case, an unidentified young man was found dead near Maharani College today.
"Prima facie, it appears the man was murdered. Efforts are on to identify the body," police said.
